Fiber Protection
We highly recommend fiber protection on everything we clean. Why? Because it works! 3M Fiber protection is not a magic bullet that will protect your carpet if you spill battery acid on it. However, it will protect your furnishings from most spots, spills and stains from becoming permanent. Fabric protector makes our cleaning much more effective and easy cause the spots and stains are stuck to the protector instead of the fiber and it also prevents stains with food colorings and dyes from penetrating the carpet or upholstered fabrics. Watch the video below and see how the orange soda sticks to one side of the blotter card yet rolls right off of the treated side. Now picture someone spilling this orange soda on your carpet.
Our 12 Step Carpet Cleaning Process
1.) Pre-Inspection
Every carpet is inspected and any concerns addressed.
2.) Thorough Vacuuming
Vacuuming before the carpet is cleaned is very important as we try to remove as much dust and dirt dry before we start adding moisture to the carpet.
3.) Furniture Moving
A lot of companies don't move furniture or when they do , they’ll charge a premium fee for this service. Freedom always sends two techson each job just safely move most furniture.
4.) Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot
Traffic areas and spots and stains need to be pre-treated for maximum results and effective cleaning.
5.) Pre-groom
After the pre conditioner is applied it needs to be agitated with a carpet groomer to ensure deep penetration.
6.) Rinse and Extract
The loosened soil is then thoroughly extracted.
7.) Neutralize
Every Carpet We clean is Neutralized to prevent rapid resoling.
8.) Post Spot Treatment
We inspect the carpet and re treat and clean any spots, stains and traffic areas that need a second cleaning.
9.) Furniture Protection
All furniture is moved back and blocks and/or tabs are placed under the legs to prevent any spots from furniture stain or metal leg guards.
10.) Speed Dry
High Velocity air movers are offered free of charge to speed dry carpet.
11.) Post Grooming
All carpets with a nap are groomed in one direction to ensure fast drying
12.) Post inspection and client walk-thru.
